Ingredients:

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C

Prepare a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan by greasing it and lining it with parchment paper

Apple cider vinegar and almond milk should be mixed together in a small bowl

Take a break and let it sit for five minutes

Whisk the cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a large bowl

To the almond milk mix, add sugar, oil, vanilla extract, and instant coffee powder

Mix everything together with a whisk

Mix the dry and wet ingredients together with a whisk until the mixture is smooth

When the jelly roll pan is ready, pour the batter into it and spread it out evenly

Put it in the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean

Carefully flip the cake over onto a clean kitchen towel that has been dusted with powdered sugar while it is still warm

First, take off the cake's parchment paper

Then, start rolling the cake up tightly with the towel from one short end

On a wire rack, let the cake roll cool all the way down

Spread raspberry jam all over the top of the unrolled cake

Fresh raspberries should be put on top

Roll up the cake again without the towel

Put powdered sugar on top of the cake

Cut it up and serve!

  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

To make the marinade, combine the soy sauce, mirin, sake, and brown sugar in a small bowl and stir until the sugar is dissolved

Transfer the tofu cubes to a shallow dish and cover them with the marinade

To guarantee an even coating, let them marinate for at least thirty minutes, turning them from time to time

In a nonstick pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat

Tofu cubes should be taken out of the marinade; save the marinade for later use

Put the cubes of tofu onto skewers

After the pan has heated up, place the skewers on it and cook for 34 minutes on each side, or until the tofu is thoroughly heated and lightly browned

For added flavor, periodically brush the tofu with the reserved marinade while it's cooking

After cooking, take the tofu skewers out of the pan and set them aside on a platter

Before serving, garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions

Hawaiian Ham Roll Sliders

Add the honey, poppy seeds, dried minced onion, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to a bowl

Use a whisk to mix the ingredients together

Make sure the rolls are well covered by spreading the butter mixture over them

Place the baking dish in a preheated oven and cover it with aluminum foil

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the sliders are hot and the cheese is melted

Start by setting the pan on medium heat

Turn down the heat and let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring every now and then, until the sauce gets thicker and about half of its original size

Add pepper and salt to taste

Take it off the heat and let it cool down a bit

After the sauce has cooled a bit, you can use it right away as a dipping sauce or to baste meats while they are grilling or smoking

Any extra sauce can be kept in the fridge for up to a week in a container that won't let air in

Teriyaki Tofu Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions:

Start by heating the oven to 400F 200C

Put rice vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and maple syrup in a bowl

Add the cubed tofu to the sauce and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes

Line a baking sheet with foil and put the tofu on it

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping it over halfway through

Mix water and cornstarch in a small saucepan until the cornstarch is gone

Add the rest of the marinade to the pan and stir it around constantly as you bring it to a simmer

You can add the thickened teriyaki sauce to the tofu after taking it out of the oven when it's crispy

Before serving, top with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds
