- , mini chocolate bars, candy corn, gummy worms
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional
- Vanilla ice cream optional, for serving
Instructions:
Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F
Grease a round baking dish or a 12-inch pizza pan
Mix the cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and gluten-free all-purpose flour in a mixing bowl
Melt the butter and stir in the powdered sugar in a different bowl until thoroughly blended
To the sugar-butter mixture, add the eggs and vanilla extract, and whisk until smooth
Until you have a thick brownie batter, gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients
Using the greased pizza pan, evenly spread the brownie batter to form a round brownie "crust
" Over the brownie crust, scatter the chocolate chips, Halloween candies, and chopped nuts if using
A toothpick inserted into the center of the brownie should come out with a few moist crumbs after 20 to 25 minutes of baking in a preheated oven
Before slicing, take the brownie pizza out of the oven and allow it to cool slightly
Serve warm either plain or, for an added treat, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! Savor your chocolate brownie pizza without gluten, topped with Halloween candy!
