Sushi Gado Gado Tempeh



Gado Gado salad flavors are mixed with sushi in this dish, which has tempeh, eggs, green beans, peanut sauce, and crispy fried shallots.

Ingredients:

  • 150g sushi rice
  • 2 nori seaweed sheets
  • 150g tempeh, sliced
  • 2 eggs, boiled and sliced
  • 100g green beans, blanched
  • 4 tbsp peanut sauce
  • 2 tbsp crispy fried shallots

Instructions:

Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool

Place a nori sheet on a bamboo sushi mat

Spread a layer of sushi rice over the nori sheet

Arrange tempeh, eggs, and green beans along the center of the rice

Drizzle peanut sauce over the filling

Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat

Slice the sushi roll into bite-sized pieces

Top with crispy fried shallots

Repeat the process with the remaining nori sheet and ingredients

Serve sushi gado gado tempeh with extra peanut sauce for dipping
