The MacQuarrie werewolf clan has overseen the Playfair family’s
Farraige Castle for three centuries. So when a Playfair granddaughter from abroad inherits the estate, clan chief Grant MacQuarrie has to train her to manage it—and he’s not happy about having her in his way. Until the prim old lady he’s expecting turns out to be a sexy young wolf…

Colleen Playfair has big plans to change the way the castle is run.
But the stubborn Grant won’t make things easy, and she’s forced to
turn to seduction to get her way…

My Thoughts:

This is, of course, not the first book I've read by Terry Spears. As with her other books, there's wonderful characters, great story development, suspense, and romance. You just can't keep yourself from wanting to turn the page.

There are moments of humor which makes you feel that you really know the characters. And, as always, her secondary plots are great. While you may not agree with the person behind them - they're still well developed.

As I mentioned, this is not the first book I've read. This is book #14 (yes, really). However, each book is a wonderful stand alone so you can start anywhere.
