Colt Wesson Travers is headed for a life of tranquility in Texas. Here, he'll finally escape the obligations demanded by his notorious outlaw family.

But when he meets his stubborn lodger, Holly Jane Munroe, his illusions of peace are shattered. Colt is thrown right into the middle of two feuding families intent on winning Holly Jane's hand…and her grandfather's land! He quickly realizes that life with delicious Holly Jane is going to be anything but quiet….

My Thoughts:

How do you escape your family? What if they're outlaws?

Colt wants to leave his family and their ways in his past. I loved this concept. Someone moving away what they know is bad.

However, he's soon to discover being an outlaw might have been safer and easier when he meets Holly and her own feud.

Two strong willed people is sure to set a few sparks. The one thing that wasn't great was that Holly can be annoying. There were instances where she was simply too stubborn. That being said, overall the characters were strong.

This is the perfect read for anyone liking  story that keeps moving and even throws in some gunslingers.
